What are the shelf lives of your products?

The shelf life of the yoghurts (in the fridge) is two weeks, and the shelf life of the cheeses (in the fridge) is three to four weeks. All products are marked with Best Before dates.

Are any of the starter cultures in your products grown using dairy or animal products?

No - we only use starter cultures which were developed on plant foods - i.e. which are vegan.

Which probiotic strains are found in your yoghurt?

The strains included in the culture are:

  • Streptococcus thermophilus

  • Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus

  • Lactobacillus acidophilus

  • Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis

Can the yoghurt be frozen?

We've found that the texture will not be quite the same after defrosting. It's also possible that some of the live probiotic cultures will not survive being frozen. That said, you may find that defrosted yoghurt is still fine in a smoothie, for example. 


Are your products gluten-free?

We currently only use ingredients which naturally do not contain any gluten. However, we do also store and use gluten-containing products in our production facility. While the risk of cross-contamination is small, there is a remote possibility.

We unfortunately don't take individual orders as we are a wholesaler only.
