CASHEW NUT CREAM CHEESE

Our cream cheeses are made from pure cashew nuts. They are traditionally cultured, creating a familiar tangy cream cheese flavour.

These cheeses are satisfyingly rich, and the simplest way to enjoy them is to spread thickly on sandwiches or crackers.

Try them stirred into savoury sauces, used as dips for entertaining, as a topping on salads - the options are endless!

Cream Cheese -

Plain

Lightly salted – flavour it as you like, or use to make frosting for baked goods. 

Try it with carrot cake, or as part of a dairy-free cheesecake.

Herb & Garlic

Pairs well with Greek or Italian flavours – has a tzatziki taste!

Try it with fresh tomato and basil for a Caprese-style salad or sandwich.

Chipotle Pepper

With a smoky Mexican flavour – try it with tacos or nachos.

Medium heat - and will grow hotter over time if left to rest in the fridge!

With a satisfying cheddar flavour – try it in mac & cheese!

Also works well as part of a sauce for any baked dish - e.g. lasagne.

CASHEW NUT YOGHURT

Our yoghurts are made from pure cashew nut milk. They are traditionally cultured, creating a characteristic sour flavour and an abundance of live probiotics.

Cashew nut yoghurt - Unsweetened

A plain yoghurt with no added sweetening. Has a mild sour flavour.

Cashew nut yoghurt -

Strawberry

Based on the Unsweetened yoghurt, with real strawberries and organic coconut sugar. Has a gently sweet, fruity flavour.

Cashew nut yoghurt -

Chocolate

Based on the Unsweetened yoghurt, with organic raw cacao powder and organic coconut sugar. Has a caramel chocolatey flavour.

CASHEW NUT AGED CHEESE

Our aged cheeses are made from pure cashew nuts. They are traditionally cultured and aged for a period of three to five weeks, creating a complex umami or savoury flavour.

These cheeses are ideal sliced on sandwiches, burgers, or added to a salad or baked dish. They melt well in lasagne or as part of a cheese sauce, but will not stretch like a dairy mozzarella if used on a pizza.

Complex, savoury taste. Medium firm, and sliceable.

Mature (5 weeks aged)

Complex, savoury taste. Medium / very firm, and sliceable.

Cashew nut cheese -

Herbes de Provence (3 weeks aged)

Complex, savoury taste. Softer, spreadable texture. Coated with an organic dried herb mix.
